To start receiving messages from your clients, create a group and add your MisterChatter Agent as an admin. Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to link and activate everything easily:
1 Add Your Agent to the Group

Open your Telegram group, go to Group Settings → Add Members, then search for your Agent and add it to the group.
2 Promote the Agent to Admin
#
Open Administrators in your group settings, promote your Agent to admin, and grant full permissions so it can manage interactions.
3 Link the Group in MisterChatter
#
- Send any message in the group and then copy the link to that message
On mobile, tap and hold the message and choose Copy Link. On desktop, right-click the message and choose Copy Message Link.
- In MisterChatter, go to ⚙️ Agent Settings → Select Agent → Link Group, paste the message link, and confirm
