1 Open Brand Questions

Go to MC Intelligence → Edit Brand Questions.
2 Open your Google Doc

Click the provided link to open your personal Google Doc file. This document contains the brand-related questions you answered during setup.
3 Update your answers
#
Review the questions and update any answers you want to refine. Fill in any you may have skipped earlier.
Tip: Keep answers short, direct, and written in your brand’s tone of voice. This helps your agent respond naturally and consistently.
4 Save changes
#
Return to MisterChatter and click Done. All updates are applied immediately.
