MisterChatter – New Bot Setup Guide #

Follow these steps to set up a new bot in MisterChatter.

Step 1 – Start #

1. In MisterChatter, select Start Agent Setup.
2. Pick your agent type:
   • Public Customer Support Agent
   • Public Customer Support Sales-Focused Agent
   • VIP Clients Customer Care Agent

Step 2 — Provide Details via Google Doc #

1. MisterChatter will create a personalized Google Doc with setup questions.
2. Open the document and answer as many questions as you can (you can always edit later).
3. In the bot, tap Done when you’re finished.

Step 3 — Add the Bot Token #

1. Paste your BotFather token to complete the setup.

💡 Tip: Ensure you use the correct bot token generated via BotFather to avoid connection issues.
