The Chat Commands Menu gives you quick control over how your agent interacts with users directly in Telegram. Commands are typed as replies to user messages and affect only that specific user. This lets you step in, pause automation, or manage access without disrupting conversations for others.
How the Commands Work #
- Type commands directly in your Telegram group as a reply to the user’s message.
- Commands apply only to the selected user and do not affect anyone else.
- Use commands to temporarily pause automation, manage reminders, or block/unblock users.
🔄 Auto‑Reply Management
#
/off
– Temporarily disable automated replies for the selected user. Useful when you want to take over and respond manually./on
– Re‑enable automated replies for the selected user. The agent will resume responding from the point this command was used.
⏰ Reminder Management
#
/offreminder
– Turn off automated reminders for the selected user. Use if someone no longer needs follow‑up nudges./onreminder
– Re‑enable automated reminders for the selected user. The agent will start sending reminders again after inactivity.
🚫 User Access Control
#
/block
– Permanently block the selected user. They will no longer be able to send or receive messages from your agent./unblock
– Restore access for a blocked user. They can interact with your agent again immediately.
Best Practices #
- Always reply directly to the user’s message in the group when using these commands.
- Remember that commands affect only the targeted user. Others are unaffected.
- Blocking is permanent until you explicitly use /unblock.
- Use /off and /on thoughtfully to balance manual and automated replies for smooth conversation flow.
